The Founding Director of MAXIMUM exposure, Vanessa Schap, is a key member of the tourism industry and has over twenty years’ of knowledge and experience in business and tourism.
Vanessa personally holds many achievements in and outside of the industry. Strong relationships and contacts have been solidified domestically and internationally throughout Vanessa’s career. Great results have been achieved for the companies and products Vanessa has been involved with prior and post to the inception of MAXIMUM exposure in 2006. Vanessa’s reputation precedes her as she is self-motivated, driven and professional. She prides herself on integrity and loyalty to MAXIMUM exposure clients and partners. Vanessa’s passions are not limited to the tourism industry. Equally strong is her love of Real Estate, her beautiful family and lets not forget her beloved dogs.

Katherine Cutler
Kath’s career in tourism began in 2008 when she moved to Cairns and found her passion for the Far North Queensland region and the Great Barrier Reef. Kath is one of the iconic faces of the Cairns tourism and retail industry. Due to her bubbly nature she has an outstanding rapport with many of the local and domestic partners/agents in Cairns and Australia. Kath’s experience extends internationally, as she has participated in a number of sales and marketing road shows throughout the UK and United States. Katherine is well travelled with extensive experience in retail, home-wares, tourism, social media management and motherhood. Kath is an integral part of our unique team at MAXIMUM exposure.

Francesca Beckett
Frankie abandoned her job as an account executive in London for a new adventure. Heading to the southern hemisphere in search of a Gap Year Down Under she came to Tropical North Queensland - and never left! A keen scuba diver with PADI professional certifications under her belt, Frankie has been diving for a third of her life and it's a passion that has led her towards an exciting new career in tourism. If she's not in the office working hard you'll probably find her blowing bubbles on the reef, writing her travel blog or enjoying a lovely glass of Barossa Shiraz.

Jason Duncan
With his bright smile and contagious laugh, Jason lights up any room (or travel agency) that he walks into. With vast experience from behind the desks as a reputable travel agent, customer service manager in the airlines and business development roles Jason has worked in this industry over ten years. Jason has a passion travel and has roamed around the globe exploring England, Scotland, Spain, Germany and Australia. He now enjoys beating the streets of Melbourne making new friends and promoting everything maxex . Jason has a natural ability to build strong relationships with his industry partners making him an integral part of the MAXIMUM exposure team, including Richard Branson who he actually once met on a flight.

Natalie Riley
Natalie is maxex’s little pocket rocket! Her bright and bubbly personality makes her an exceptional representative for Australia’s major city and gateway to many travellers East Coast experiences. Natalie has spent four years in sales and is now channelling her skills through her passion; travel and tourism. Being a seasoned traveller herself and spending some time exploring Australia, the Pacific Islands and the United States of America, Nat boasts her biggest achievement yet, is overcoming her fears and surviving the AJ Hackett Minjin Swing!
BYRON BAY
Joel Walton
Joel is a Kiwi who has made his home in Byron Bay. He has been working in the travel and tourism industry around Byron for many years. He is a dedicated surfer and scuba diver and loves being around, in and under the ocean. Wearing many hats in tourism while roaming the globe Joel has worked abroad coaching surfing and on dive boats, as well as guiding trips along the east coast of Oz. He loves chatting to anyone that will listen but especially to all the travellers that come through Byron Bay. Joel can often be found in the water, or at the 'Rails' enjoying some live music and cold beer when he's not on the road doing all things Max Ex.

Joslyn Erickson
Originally from Portland in the United States, Joslyn is a true adventurer. She is a travel blogger and loves to share her experiences from her time spent living in Central America and Peru. With previous experience as a Tour Leader and Travel Agent, Joslyn is an expert at building rapport and communicating with other cultures and travellers to sell travel dreams and experiences – she’s also fluent in Spanish!

Mez is the ultimate travel and tourism guru, with 25 years in a fantastic and much-loved industry! She has vast experiences from all sides of business and tourism, from managing backpackers hostels and travel desks, to representing some of the finest tourism brands. Mez brings a wealth of knowledge in all facets to the maxex team and has built strong lasting relationships with our valued agents and partners.

Jenni Wasson
If the Whitsundays are the heart of the Great Barrier Reef, then Jenni Wasson is the heart of Airlie Beach. Jenni offers travel advice to agents and backpackers. Having worked in the tight-knit tourism industry of Airlie Beach for a number of years, Jenni is well known for her skills in sales and promotion. In addition to this, she is also a bit of a rock chick at heart and is often recognised when playing in her band at local gigs around town.
CAIRNS
Matthew Warren
They don’t really come any more Australian than our Matty. Having worked in tourism all over Australia for many years, Matt is a well-known and much loved personality of the national travel industry. He deals with backpackers on a daily basis and assists them with making the most of their time in Australia, all with genuine Aussie charm. Matt has been part of the maxex team for 3 years, and as such, has a very good rapport and history with our local agents. If he’s not on the road with Max Ex, you will find Matty relaxing with family and friends, or alternatively at the other end of the scale; enjoying a quiet beer at a secluded camping spot.
DARWIN
Elizabeth Toth
Born and bred in Darwin, Lizzy holds a wealth of experience, information and qualifications. Liz spent her twenties travelling the world and continuing her studies in languages and as a result is now fluent in three languages. She loves the outdoors and is extremely passionate about the Great Barrier Reef; being a marine biologist, dive instructor, and swimming instructor. Liz has a fun approach to work, which is sure to brighten up everyone’s day. Her extensive product knowledge and vivacious personality enable her to build a strong rapport with her local agents and train them on all things maxex!
